Project Description

The client wanted to cover the entire bridge with a nine-bow bimini top. We fabricated a new top with 1¼-inch tubing and 22 yards of 102 Stamoid Open. We had to truck in the 30-foot lengths of stainless tubing. We were to reuse the original bimini frame since it already had the correct specs, and then build the rest of frame to reach the arch. We fabricated two tops that join with a zipper flap. The second section covers the last two-thirds of the bridge connects to top one and the radar arch. The client has complete shade on the bridge and the tops also collapse when the boat passes under low bridges.
